Wholesale and Custom Order Details

VS Rhinestones Designs unique website design is able to offer rhinestone transfers to individuals and businesses alike. Our prices and flexibility make ordering attractive in either situation. Custom Rhinestone designs are our specialty. Now it’s easier than ever to have your business logos, team sports, special event graphic and much more set in dazzling rhinestones. Our goal is to make your ordering experience as easy as possible. At VS Rhinestones we offer low set-up fees, low minimum order requirements, fast turnaround times and expedited service availability for your ordering convenience.

Wholesale volume discounts apply only to orders of the same pattern. The volume discount does not apply to mix and match patterns.

Custom order guidelines for RHINESTONE MOTIFS:

    Quotes are delivered via email within 5 business days after art work, graphic, logo or phrases have been received.

    Art work can be submitted via email to quotes@vsrhinestones.com. Please include a contact name, email address and phone number with your submission.

    Art work must be submitted with dimension requirements as well as element requirements (rhinestones, rhinestuds, or both)

    If artwork is not available and you would like VS rhinestones to create it for you, it is a seperate charge from the digitizing fee stated below. Art work fees start at $35 a hour with an hour minimum paid in advance. Once the artwork is approved we can begin the digitizing process.

    Digitizing and set up fee is a one time charge that will range between $10 and $25 depending on complexity and requirements. Quote includes 1 free revision, each revision there after is charged at a rate of $5 per change. *Expedited quotes are available, however, all expedited quotes require payment in advance and are non-refundable. Expedited quotes will be delivered within 24 hours once payment is received.

    Client approval is required prior to processing. An order is considered approved once payment is received.

    Payment in full is required for all custom orders prior to processing. All orders are confirmed when placed. Any changes to a design will require re-digitizing fee and are subject to another charge based on change requirements.

    Minimum order for custom designs is 6 pieces. Prices breaks for custom orders are available based on quantity. We offer price breaks for custom orders at 24, 51 and 100 pieces. Discounts are as follows:

    • 12 - 23 pieces no additional discounts
    • 24 - 50 pieces receive a 15% discount
    • 51 - 100 pieces receive a 20 % discount
    • 100+ pieces receive a 25% discount

Custom order guidelines for SEQUIN MOTIFS:

    Quotes are delivered via email within 5 business days after art work, graphic, logo or phrases have been received in VECTOR FORMAT. Please ensure that the vector artwork is layered for drawing purposes.

    Art work can be submitted via email to quotes@vsrhinestones.com. Please include a contact name, email address and phone number with your submission.

    Digitizing and set up fee is a one time charge of $35 that must be paid in advance. Quote includes 1 free revision, each revision there after is charged at a rate of $5 per change.

    Delivery of custom orders is 12-15 business days depending on order quantity. Special colors not normally kept in stock may require additional time. You will be notified of this prior to placing your order.

    Rush service is available (work needed in less than 7 business days) at a 35% up charge of total order. Orders needed within 48 hours will incur a 50% upcharge.

    Cancellations of confirmed work will not be refunded.

    All custom work is non-refundable.

    Returns are only accepted for defective materials and may be returned within 5 business days from delivery date. Please call for authorization prior to returning merchandise. Please note that returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from a VS Rhinestones employee. A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all approved returns and will be subtracted from the total return.

All Texas clients are subject to a 8.25% sales tax unless a resale tax certificate is on file. VS Rhinestones must have a tax exempt form on file to remove taxes from all Texas orders.

Indemnity Clause: Clients guarantee they have legal rights to use all marks, logos, words, symbols, designs or art as their submitted artwork. Clients also agree to indemnify and hold VS Rhinestone Designs, it’s and its parent company Ultimate Party Supply, Inc. and its agents, officers, representatives and employees harmless for all damages as well as attorney's fees spent with regard to any and all legal actions which result from the production of any artwork submitted by said client.
